Business registration
LensSeed is a DBD-registered Thai commercial business (จดทะเบียนพาณิชย์กับกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า). Registration details are available on request.
As-pictured (ตรงปก) guarantee
Every lens is photographed exactly as it is — the unit you see is the unit you receive. We do not use stock or AI-enhanced images of the product.
Grading & honest disclosure
Each lens is graded on three axes (optical, mechanical, cosmetic) into a single letter grade, and ships with an honest defect disclosure (fungus, haze, separation, oil on blades, coating marks, dust) recorded on its Certificate of Provenance & Condition.
Warranty
Lenses carry a 90-day warranty covering mechanical function. Pre-existing, disclosed faults (e.g. fungus etching) are excluded. CLA-serviced units state their warranty on the listing and certificate.
Dispatch & delivery
Orders are dispatched the next working day. Order by 22:00 to be included in the next dispatch. Delivery time then depends on the courier.
Payment
We accept credit/debit cards, bank installments, and PromptPay through the Omise gateway. Payment is verified before an order is fulfilled.
Returns
If a lens arrives not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return or resolution. Items must be returned in the received condition.
