Who we are

LensSeed is a Thai vintage camera-lens marketplace operating at www.lensseed.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have — including how to delete your data. For any privacy request, contact us on LINE @lensseed.

Data we collect

Account & sign-in: when you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and a provider account ID. From Facebook we request only the standard public_profile and email permissions. We do not receive your Google or Facebook password.

Orders & shipping: the shipping name, phone number and address you provide, and your order and payment history.

Assistant & personalization: messages you send to our chat assistant ("Mint"), preferences we infer to personalize recommendations, and any lenses you save to your collection (including photos you upload).

Technical data: standard log data such as IP address, device/browser, and usage, collected to operate and secure the site.

How we use your data

To create and secure your account, process and deliver orders, provide the AI assistant and personalized recommendations, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing with third parties

We share data only with service providers that help us run the store: Google and Meta (Facebook) for sign-in; Omise for payment processing; Cloudflare for image hosting and delivery; delivery couriers for shipping; and AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) that process assistant messages to generate replies and recommendations. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the site, and may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep account and personalization data until you delete your account. Order and transaction records may be retained for the period required by Thai tax and accounting law, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your rights & deleting your data

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your account and personal data, see our Data Deletion page at www.lensseed.com/data-deletion or message us on LINE @lensseed. If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove LensSeed from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor (Omise) and are not stored on our servers.
