Delete your data

How to request deletion

You can ask us to delete your LensSeed account and personal data at any time. Message us on LINE @lensseed with the words "Delete my data" and tell us the email address you used to sign in (Google or Facebook). We will verify that the request comes from you before deleting anything.

What we delete

Your account and sign-in identity (name, email, profile picture obtained from Google/Facebook), saved shipping details, chat messages with our assistant, the preferences we inferred for personalization, and your saved collection and uploaded photos.

What we may keep

Records of completed orders and payments may be retained for the period required by Thai tax and accounting law. Where possible these are anonymized so they can no longer be linked to you.

Timeframe

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm back to you once done.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can also remove LensSeed's access at any time from Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select LensSeed, and remove it. Removing the app stops future access; to also delete the data we already hold, send us the request above.
